Do you take into account the climate and local preferences in design?

Absolutely. When developing a design project, we take into account not only your wishes, but also the climatic conditions of the region, the availability of materials, as well as the cultural and aesthetic features of Dubai. For example, we select materials that are resistant to high humidity and temperature, and also offer solutions suitable for the local lifestyle.

Is it possible to order the author's supervision of the project implementation?

Yes, at the client's request, we can organize author's supervision - both online and with a specialist visiting the site. This allows you to control the precise execution of the project, promptly resolve emerging issues and maintain a high level of implementation. This is especially important if you do not live permanently in Dubai.

What services can I order in addition to the design project?

In addition to the project itself, we offer additional services: selection of furniture, decor and finishing materials, assistance with suppliers, preparation of mood boards, 3D visualizations, layout solutions and furniture arrangement. It is also possible to organize the delivery of materials and coordinate the construction team.

What languages are used for communication?

The main languages of communication are Russian and English. By agreement, it is possible to work with a translator or adapt the design documentation into Arabic. We always strive for maximum convenience and clear interaction with our clients.

Dubai is a city where style becomes a way of life, and space should reflect the status and taste of the owner. In such an atmosphere, interior design turns into art.
At Firsov.design studio, we create original projects for apartments, flats and villas in Dubai — combining luxury, functionality and an individual approach. Each interior is developed taking into account your wishes, the features of the premises and the local context.

We offer a full design cycle: from layout solutions to 3D visualization, selection of finishing materials and furniture arrangement. The result is an aesthetic, comfortable and truly unique space created for life and inspiration.

Stages of work

Survey plan and space analysis

Measurements of the premises are taken, load-bearing walls, communications, windows and doors are determined.
Layout solution (layout options)

Development of several options for furniture arrangement and space zoning taking into account the customer's needs.
Concept design and style solution

Selection of interior style, color palette, finishing materials, examples of finishing solutions.
3D visualization of the interior

Creation of three-dimensional images of the interior for a visual representation of the future design.
Working documentation (drawings and diagrams)

Preparation of technical drawings: wall elevations, electrical diagrams, plumbing, tile layout, etc.
Assembly list (selection of materials and furniture)

Preparation of a list of finishing materials, furniture, lamps, plumbing and other elements indicating article numbers and suppliers.

Furniture and decor selection

The finishing touch to any successful design project is properly selected furniture and decor. At Firsov.design studio, we don’t stop at drawings — we offer comprehensive support, including the selection of furniture and accessories that will perfectly fit into the created interior.

We work with trusted suppliers in Dubai and around the world to offer you the best solutions in style, quality and functionality. Whether it’s a stylish sofa for the living room, minimalist lighting or unique decorative elements — every detail is selected taking into account the overall concept of the project and the customer’s wishes.

Cost of developing a design project
